I threw this page together for those experiencing a wobbly/loose screen on their Wallstreet Powerbooks. This was an issue experienced by a large number of Wallstreet Powerbook owners. These are pictures of my machine. The clutch/hinge mechanisms on my Powerbook exploded, leaving the display unable to remain open (ie. it flops down). I ended up repairing the hinges myself (having obtained a spare set). My machine was outside of its one-year warranty, but within its usable life (three years) when I repaired it.
There is a pending class-action suit dealing with this issue.
